Oysters - BÉziers

	"Bar lʼExpresso", in the covered central market, offers six fresh oysters, from the nearby "Étang", (enclosed, salt-water (normally) coastal lake) and a glass of "Picpoul de Pinet" (a local white wine), for just a few Euros!
If you are travelling down the Canal du Midi, you pass the Bouzigues Oyster Beds in the Etang de Thau on your way into Sète.
